Rates: $50 - $85 (Includes cart fee and range balls)
•Good mixture of open space and forest areas highlighted by hills, bluffs, ravines, valleys, mature canopied trees. •Naturalized look that is unique to Iowa golf. Mature hardwood tree preservation throughout course site. •Substantial water features – Big Creek (over 1-mile) lakes and ponds. Water on 13 holes. •Over 1/2 million cubic yards of earth material moved. •Selective clearing of 124 acres (primarily for fairways, greens and tees) •“Stadium” designed into many holes highlighted by finishing holes of #17, and #18. Excellent visual hole separation! •Excelent hole separation - the feeling that youre all alone on the course! •Unique and significant elevation transitions-both nines have dramatic topography. •Perhaps the best collection of Par-3’s in the state, our five Par 3s include dramatic views and elevation drops, forced carries, and water features. •Residential exposure does not impede upon the golf experience.
Directions:
From Des Moines Via Hwy 35 Take Hwy 35 north from Des Moines.Take Exit 90 (Ankeny and Ankeny Airport Road). Turn left at top of ramp onto Oralabor Rd - this turns into Hwy 160 and then turns into Hwy 415. Youll travel 10 miles from the exit to downtown Polk City. At the 4-way stop sign turn left on Broadway. TC of Iowa is approximately 1/2 mile on right.
From West Des Moines: From Interstate 35/80 take exit #127 (for Hwy 141 W) Turn right off the ramp to Hwy 141 Take exit #148 (Hwy 415/NW Saylorville Dr.) off Hwy 141 Continue straight through a 4-way stop on Hwy 415 across Saylorville Lake Turn left at the T-intersection onto 3rd St. in Polk City Turn left at the 4-way stop onto Broadway TC of Iowa entrance is ½ mile on the right
From Northern Iowa on Hwy 35: Take Hwy 35 to Exit 96 “Elkhart Exit” go west 1 mile to 1st stop sign. Turn left on NE 14th. Go 1 mile to NE 118th. Turn right – 6 miles to Polk City. Left on 3rd then 1/4 mile to Broadway. Turn right (Kum & Go on corner)… 1/2 mile to Tournament Club of Iowa TC of Iowa is on the right
