The Purgatory golf course design offers alternate routes of play within the strategy of each hole. Extensive bunkering provides definition and strategy for all players.

There are a minimum of six tees on each hole, so the course tempts golfers of all skill levels. When played from the front tees at only 4,400 yards, Purgatory is one of the shortest courses in Indiana. When played from the back tees at over 7,700 yards, Purgatory is the longest golf course in Indiana.

Directions:

Take S.R. 37 north (it splits off from I 69 at exit #5) to 206th street. Turn right on 206th street. Head east on 206th for 7/10’s of a mile. Turn left (north) on Creek road. Creek road dead ends at 216th street. Turn right (east) on 216th street. Head east on 216th for 4/10’s of a mile. The entrance to Purgatory Golf Club will be on your left.

Purgatory is only 45 minutes from downtown Indianapolis, and only 19 minutes from I-465.
