No golf course designer can quite capture the same combination of challenge, beauty, and drama as Jack Nicklaus. His bold strokes are laid out on a scenic desert canvas known as the PGA WEST Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course.
Each hole at the PGA West-Jack Nicklaus course requires its own unique strategy; especially the 561 yard, par 5 15th, which culminates with a shallow and well-bunkered island green. It is only fitting that a round on the Tournament Course should end with a dramatic water-crossing shot to the signature 9th and 18th double green.

Approximate driving time: 2 hours.
Take the I-10 East to Jefferson St. exit
Turn right onto Jefferson St.
Continue approximately 10 miles on Jefferson. St, Jefferson becomes PGA Blvd at the entrance to PGA WEST
Continue approximately 1 mile to the PGA WEST Private Clubhouse located on the right hand side.
San Diego to Palm Springs/La Quinta
Approximate driving time: 2 1/2 hours.
Take I-15 North to Hwy 215 East
215 East to 60 East
60 East to I-10 East
Turn right onto Jefferson St.
Continue approximately 10 miles on Jefferson. St, Jefferson becomes PGA Blvd at the entrance to PGA WEST
Continue approximately 1 mile to the PGA WEST Private Clubhouse located on the right hand side.
Palm Springs Airport to La Quinta Resort
Approximate driving time: 35 minutes
Exit Palm Springs Airport to the I-10 East
Take the I-10 East to Washington St. exit
Turn right onto Jefferson St.
Continue approximately 10 miles on Jefferson. St, Jefferson becomes PGA Blvd at the entrance to PGA WEST Continue approximately 1 mile to the PGA WEST Private Clubhouse located on the right hand side.
